This is my second purchase of soup in a month. Both were gifts. Both arrived early, and were much appreciated by the recipient. I am especially grateful to the vendor because on the second purchase, I forgot to include a message with the gift. I was able to reach out to her to ask her to add it to the order. She responded quickly, and added the requested note. :-)

You could have re-packaged the box in another box. The box is damaged and a since this is a gift, I'm going to have to find another suitable box in the next 2 days, to fit the contents. Disappointing.
Update: The customer service was awesome! I was able to get another box so the gift looked nice. I can't wait to taste the soups (hopefully my recipient will save some for me!)
