At SouperSpices, we want you to love your seasonings and mixes. Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns for health and safety reasons. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If there is an issue with your order, we are here to make it right.
Refund Requests
We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a refund, you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not mail any food items back to us unless specifically requested by our team for quality control purposes.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. When contacting us, please include:

This allows us to evaluate the issue and ensure your replacement or refund is processed quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
As we deal in perishable goods (food mixes), all sales are final once shipped. We also cannot offer refunds on gift cards or sale items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific order.
Exchanges
Since we cannot accept returns on food products, we do not offer traditional exchanges. If your item arrived damaged or was incorrect, please contact us at Info@SouperSpices.com and we will send out a replacement immediately.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
