Free Shipping
We are happy to offer Free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders over $35 (before taxes and after discounts). For orders under $35, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Order Processing Times
We know you’re eager to get cooking! We work hard to ship orders fast:

Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Holiday Peak (Nov–Dec): During the busy holiday season, processing times may extend up to 5 business days.
Please note: We ship Monday through Saturday. Orders are not processed on Sundays or Federal Holidays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship via USPS to ensure your spices arrive safely and reliably. At this time, we do not offer local pickup.
Damages & Missing Packages
SouperSpices is not liable for products lost or damaged during transit. However, we want you to have a great experience.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please save the packaging and the product, and contact the carrier to file a claim.

Missing Packages: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us at Info@SouperSpices.com.
